Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to
apply for a Canadian Visa.

  • Proof
    of financial means
    to cover the stay period in Canada.

  • Proof
    of return
    or
    onward
    ticket
    to show you will leave Canada when your visa expires.

  • A
    photocopy of your
    Identity and Civil Status Documents should be attached to your visa application form. Your identity form can be your marriage certificate, birth certificate or national ID card.

  • Police
    clearances.

  • Medical
    exam
    ination
    by
    a panel physician to show you are in good health. However, a medical exam is not necessary if you plan to stay for less than six months.

  • A cover letter that explains the purpose of your travel to Canada.
