Domingo Conducts Die Walküre At Bayreuther Festspiele

Updated:09 July 2018

In this epic battle against fate, the archetypal Brünnhilde defies Wotan’s wishes to secure the survival of Sieglinde and her future child.

Directed by Frank Castorf, the production feature Stephen Gould (Siegmund), Tobias Kehrer (Hunding), John Lundgren and Greer Grimsley (alternating as Wotan), Anja Kampe (Sieglinde), Catherine Foster (Brünnhilde), and Marina Prudenskaya (Fricka). Domingo conducts on July 31, August 18, and August 29.
