Manuela ‘Mona’ Rodriguez, a teenager and the mother of a five-month-old boy was shot in the head.
On September 27, the incident took place in the area of Millikan High School. Gonzalez was patrolling a nearby location when he saw Rodriguez and an adolescent girl fighting.
The tragic incident was recorded on camera by a bystander. After being on life support for almost a week, the lady died on October 5.
